This reminds me of the movie Envy with Jack Black and Ben Stiller. It's about two best friends who create a Vaporizer, a spray that literally makes dog poop, or any other kind for that matter, evaporate into thin air. It wasn't the best movie I had ever seen, but it did make me laugh.
