Since I've been stuck at home eating only cold and soft foods, I created a very yummy smoothie today. It even tasted better than the one's at Jamba Juice.
Here's what I used:
1 fresh pear - cut off the outside skin layer before you slice the pear
1/2 cup of milk - I used non-fat
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of honey
1 container of Yoplait Light Harvest Peach yogurt
1 handful of Wawona frozen assorted fruits from Costco
Then you blend it all up, make sure the frozen fruits are blended and then Drink & Enjoy. It makes about 1 - 2 servings.
