The coal creek Quiznos in Newcastle, WA is closing down it store. The property raised their rent to $4,800 a month and the owners of Quiznos just couldn't make enough money. It's sad to see a chain restaurant not be able to make enough money to pay rent. Imagine if it was a local business owner.
The rumor is that a yogurt place will be taking Quiznos spot.
