Real Live Cats Held in Window Display at San Francisco Macy's

At first, I thought Macy's was crazy to hold real live cats in the window's of their store in San Francisco. People were blocking the side walks with their eyes glued on these cats in Macy's Christmas window display.

When I returned to Seattle I did a bit of research to figure out if Macy's was just storing these cats in the windows to get more customers or if there was another reason. Apparently, Macy's was doing a good thing working with the San Francisco SPCA (The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). These cats were actually homeless and being in the window was providing them with another chance to get adopted. Take a look at their live webcam and how to adopt them.
