Gelato vs. Ice Cream

Gelato is very dense, has eggs, more milk and less cream. It usually melts in your mouth right away and actually has less fat than regular ice cream.

I can say without sarcasm that I am excited to know this. I never really knew the difference and am ashamed to say I've never even tried gelato.
